Privacy Policy
What this site stores when you browse, download or sign in.
This page says what the site stores, why it stores it, and how to have it removed. It describes what the site actually does rather than everything the law would allow.
Browsing and downloading
Every page can be read and every free worksheet downloaded without an account. Each download is counted so the catalogue can show which sheets are popular. Stored beside that count is a one-way hash made from your address and your browser: it groups one browser's downloads together and cannot be turned back into anything that names you.
If you give us your phone number
Once a few free downloads have been used, the site asks for a WhatsApp number before it serves the next file. We store the number and the country you picked, and use them for nothing but letting you carry on downloading and the occasional message about new worksheet packs. The number is never sold, never passed to anyone else, and never called.
If you sign in with Google
Once your free downloads are used up, the site asks you to sign in with a Google account to carry on. Google tells us your name, your email address and your profile picture, and nothing else. We never see your Google password, and we cannot read your email, your contacts or your files. Nothing is ever posted anywhere on your behalf.
Your downloads while you are signed in
While you are signed in, the worksheets you download are recorded against your account, so you can find them again on your own downloads page rather than hunting for a sheet you printed last term. That record is yours alone: no other visitor can see it. Files you downloaded before you signed in are not linked to you.
What never leaves your own browser
The worksheet generators can print a school name, a class and a school logo across the top of a sheet. All three are kept in your own browser and are never uploaded here, so they never reach our servers and never appear on anybody else's sheet.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A second one remembers that you have already given a phone number, so you are not asked for it again on your next visit. If advertising is switched on, the advertising network sets cookies of its own, which its own policy covers.
Having your data removed
Write to us from the contact page and we will delete your account, your number and your download record. Tell us which email address or number to look for and we will confirm once it is gone.
